To use the multilingual interface you need to use the tag {mlang <language>}
The text that will be between these tags will be displayed according to the interface language
For example (brackets <> do not use):

{mlang <en>} Technical support .....{mlang}

{mlang <uk>} Технічна підтримка {mlang}

{mlang <ru>} Техническая поддержка ..... {mlang}
